They are seeking a Sales Strategy Assistant to support the Sales Strategy team in preparation for meetings and presentations, as well as key integration efforts for sales and account teams.


Responsibilities

  • Support business correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, record management, and filing
  • Manage the consolidation and formatting of presentations for the annual Sales Marketing Summit and coordinate collection and formatting of the presentations for Joint Business Planning meetings
  • Consolidate documents and support sales transition work

Skills

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or related field completed or in progress
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have strong interpersonal, time management and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
