- What You'll Be Doing
- Hunt for Opportunities: Seek out and chase new sales leads like a pro, using your charm and savvy to bring in fresh business.
- Meet & Greet: Hit the road to meet potential clients, understand their moving needs, and offer them our top-notch solutions.
- Crush Targets: Develop killer strategies to smash your sales goals and boost our revenue.
- Build Relationships: Create lasting bonds with clients through fantastic service and support.
- Market Mastery: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
- Track Success: Keep tabs on your sales activities, pipeline progress, and results.
- Craft Proposals: Prepare and present dazzling proposals and quotes that win clients over.
- Team Player: Partner with our operations crew to ensure every contract goes off without a hitch and our clients are thrilled.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in outside sales, preferably in moving, logistics, or something similar.
- Sales Superstar: Proven success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- People Skills: Amazing communicator with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Organized & Driven: Top-notch organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- License to Drive: Valid driver’s license and reliable wheels.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
