Join a Fast-Growing AI-Powered Marketing Agency as a Sales Development Representative

Adanax AI is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to connect with business owners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our digital strategy team. This is a performance-based role with real training, real leads, and real growth potential.

$50 per qualified appointment set
Hit 10 appointments per week → Earn $575 for the week
Bonuses and incentives available based on volume and consistency
Paid weekly, with opportunities for monthly accelerator bonuses

Call, message, and follow up with leads provided by our team
Qualify prospects and schedule strategy sessions for our Account Executives
Maintain detailed notes in our CRM (Adanax AI Suite)
Attend daily team huddles and participate in weekly coaching calls
Follow proven scripts and evolve with continuous training

Must be comfortable on the phone and with outbound communication
Consistent availability during U.S. business hours (EST preferred)
Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and a growth mindset
Prior sales or appointment setting experience is a plus, but not required

Remote-first role with optional in-person training sessions in Orlando, FL
Training provided through our Adanax Global Sales Academy
