- Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products across retail locations such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount outlets
- Drive a Frito-Lay delivery vehicle along assigned routes and unload products efficiently and accurately
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff to increase sales and implement product displays and promotions
- Ensure proper product rotation and maintain merchandising standards for freshness and visual appeal
- Use handheld devices to process orders, track inventory, and record delivery activities
- Complete a comprehensive 4–6 week training program focused on delivery procedures, merchandising, and sales skills
- Support multiple routes and adapt to different store formats as needed to meet operational requirements
- Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and adherence to state licensing regulations
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly during shifts, with or without accommodation
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities with a self-motivated work style
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in delivery driving, merchandising, retail, or customer service
- Proven success in building in-store partnerships and driving product growth
