Job Description
A company is looking for an Agile Coach responsible for implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices across clinical informatics teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maturation of SAFe practices across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Provide expert coaching to Agile teams and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions
- Oversee Agile metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive Agile adoption
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- SAFe certification required, with SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) strongly preferred
- Minimum 7 years in Agile delivery and transformation roles, with 3 years in SAFe implementation or coaching
- Proven experience facilitating PI Planning events for large programs (50+ participants)
- Deep knowledge of SAFe principles and strong understanding of Lean-Agile mindset and other Agile frameworks
