Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor remote systems to ensure proper functionality and respond to technical support tickets
- Review Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) performance and generate worklists for maintenance
- Perform standard interventions and maintain operational guidelines for BESS
- Maintain system logs of operations, issues, and significant events, communicating with stakeholders as necessary
- Initiate emergency response management processes according to established guidelines
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience
- Background in electrical systems, PLC programming, instrumentation, automation, and HMI controls is a strong asset
- Ability to work a shift schedule including overtime, holidays, and on-call as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of phone systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate on critical issues
