We are a U.S.-based online travel marketplace seeking an experienced attorney to review our partner onboarding compliance framework and draft a core set of platform and partner-facing legal agreements.
This is a custom drafting engagement — we are not looking for template-based or lightly adapted work. All documents must reflect our platform structure and operational model.
Scope (Initial Phase – Priority):
1.Legal review of partner onboarding compliance checklist (documents required from hotel partners)
2. Website Terms & Conditions
3. Privacy Policy (CCPA compliant; GDPR-ready structure)
4. Refund / Cancellation Policy
5. Partner Agreement (commission, obligations, liability allocation)
6. Payment & Payout Terms
This is an initial engagement with potential for ongoing advisory work based on quality and fit.
