Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle inquiries from providers, members, and stakeholders, conducting research to answer complex questions
- Monitor and track vendor performance, providing recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and escalate issues as necessary
- Develop and deliver targeted training based on identified educational needs
- Facilitate project management initiatives to ensure successful execution of projects
Requirements:
- Must adhere to federal and state laws, and applicable compliance standards
- Proven ability to work autonomously while applying expertise in relevant subject areas
- Strong analytical skills to review high-risk denials and identify root causes
- Experience in monitoring quality and productivity metrics in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare billing, coding, or revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and content
- Background in project management or process improvement initiatives
- Ability to integrate new systems processes into existing workflows
