We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide support to our users by troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently to resolve issues in a timely manner.Help Desk Analyst Duties:
ΓΒ Provide technical assistance to users via telephone calls, emails, and/or chat
ΓΒ Conduct interviews, surveys, or workshops to identify user needs and goals
ΓΒ Assist in user training
ΓΒ Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
ΓΒ Acceptor software patches
ΓΒ Document user needs or issues
ΓΒ Establish and maintain user documentation
ΓΒ Conduct performance tests and track metrics
Help Desk Analyst Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Examine system software and network hardware for potential problems
ΓΒ Assist users with software and hardware problems
ΓΒ Clean and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripherals
ΓΒ Provide network support for users
ΓΒ Customize software for users
ΓΒ Conduct software installation
ΓΒ Train users on new software
Requirements And Skills:
ΓΒ -BachelorΓΒs degree in information technology or a related field
ΓΒ 2+ years hands-on technical experience in a role involving help desk support
ΓΒ Ability to use standard computer software and programs
ΓΒ Experience with Microsoft Windows
ΓΒ Experience with Help Desk Ticketing System
