Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
As a licensed insurance representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
รย Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
รย Provide excellent customer service through active listening
รย Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
รย Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
รย Appropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed
รย Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms, assisting the customer with the correct price plan
รย Compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning
Qualifications:
Weรยre looking for fearless people รย people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
รย 1-year Customer service experience minimum
รย Over 18 years of age
รย Ability to type 25 wpm
รย High School Graduate or GED
รย Comfort with desktop computer system
รย Proven oral & written communication skills
รย Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
