Customer service is at the core of this trillion-dollar industry, you matter to our valued clients for life. We work with warm leads that clients fill out requesting information. The agent will then call, qualify, and set up appointments to meet with... them over the phone or through Zoom and help them apply for the insurance policy.รย Utilize the companyรยs exclusive warm lead program
รย Contact clients who have requested protection plan information
รย Gather pertinent information from the client to customize their protection plan
รย Research protection plan options
รย Follow up with the client within one to two days on research results either in person, over the phone, or virtually
รย Consult with client on plan suitability for their specific need
รย Assist the client in the plan application process
รย Apply on behalf of the client to the appropriate carrier for final approval
รย Contact the carrier for a status of an application
รย Follow up with the client on carrier decision
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from their home either part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information.
We are specifically looking for people who:
รย U.S. legal resident
รย Obtain state life and health insurance license
รย Phone, laptop or desktop computer, printer savvy
รย Virtually attend weekly meetings (occasionally in person): sales training, mentorship, and business building
