Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Healthcare Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
รย Connect with customers via phone / email / chat / and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
รย Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
รย Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
รย Respond to requests for assistance and / or possible processing payments
รย Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
รย Provide feedback on call issues
รย Upsell if required
Qualifications

รย Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
รย 6 months Customer service experience preferred
รย Over 18 years of age
รย Ability to type 25 wpm
รย High School Graduate or GED
รย Comfort with desktop computer system
รย Proven oral & written communication skills
รย Logical problem-solving skills
รย Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
รย Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements :

รย Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
รย Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
รย ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
