Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avaap is seeking a Workday Senior Consultant, Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking to join a fast-paced implementation team. This role will support client alignment, configuration execution, testing, and deployment readiness while helping clients adopt a proven baseline approach. Responsibilities Support implementation delivery in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking Guide clients through validation and scope alignment activities Contribute to configuration, testing, and deployment tasks Apply functional knowledge within a repeatable baseline implementation model Work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners Help drive a consistent and positive client implementation experience Skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap's physical office locations Current permanent U.S. work authorization required Workday Certification in one of the following required: Payroll preferred, Absence, &/or Time Tracking Experience supporting Workday implementations in one or more of these areas Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to work effectively in a structured consulting environment Interest in growing further within Workday delivery Benefits Open PTO Competitive vision, dental, and medical, including fertility coverage Paid parental leave 401(k) match Company-paid disability and life benefits Employee Assistance Program, including behavioral health services Fitness stipend Company Overview Avaap is a technology and management consulting firm that helps organizations modernize systems, transform processes, and drive meaningful outcomes.
