**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Assistant with Amazon, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders in ERP systems or other platforms (NetSuites, Shopify, cargo/transporter)
- Ensuring all orders are fulfilled and shipped reliably
- Conducting quality checks to guarantee accuracy and precision
- Assisting with picking, packing, and shipping sales orders
- Precisely picking items by matching SKU and part numbers
- Recognizing appropriate packaging size and material for each sale
- Packing orders and applying shipping labels
- Re-stocking item rooms consistently, moving instances of items up to 50 lbs
- Reviewing incoming receipts of materials for damage and quality defects, and processing in ERP system
- Completing receiving workstation tasks for incoming shipments
- Packing beds of items for business-to-business, Amazon, or other exchanges
- Ensuring all workstation tasks and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments are handled accurately and on time
- Maintaining stock, storing, and handling inventory properly
- Performing physical stock counts and cycling inventory as required
- Communicating effectively, promptly, and clearly through email or chat/text with internal and external parties
- Requesting office, distribution center materials, and supplies as needed
- Utilizing floor jacks or forklifts (training/support provided) to move beds around the warehouse if necessary
- Coordinating with other warehouse team members, customer support, and freight carriers to manage orders on time and resolve any issues with shipments or orders
- Speaking with various carriers (UPS, Managed Ex, LTL, etc.) to coordinate efficient movement of orders and items
- Performing all expected tasks, including SOPs, safety, general work, and sanitation
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, office, and general warehouse area per GMP standards
**Working Environment:**
The Virtual Assistant role involves:
- Sitting, standing, and walking around for the entirety of the shift
- Exposure to varying environmental temperatures
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Forklift training and certification (provided)
**Requirements:**
To succeed as a Virtual Assistant with Amazon, you should possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to inspect, handle, and communicate in English
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
