- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice based on clients' preferences and budgets.
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals and rates for clients.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to their travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about visa requirements, travel restrictions, and health and safety advisories for various destinations.
- Keep abreast of changes in travel regulations and policies.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms.
- Ability to adapt to changing travel regulations and policies.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related roles is a plus.
