Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HMG AMERICA LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior TIBCO Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions using the TIBCO suite of products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks and should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.
- Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration services using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, adapters, and related tools
- Implement and optimize REST/SOAP APIs and messaging interfaces (JMS, queues/topics)
- Build reusable components and frameworks that support scalable enterprise solutions
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence integration patterns and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers
- Review and enforce coding standards, integration design patterns, and quality practices
- Conduct unit/integration testing and collaborate with QA to ensure quality deliverables
- Assist in production deployments and provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation (design specs, deployment guides, support notes)
- Exposure to cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery, GCP storage, or data transformation workflows is advantageous
- Ability to collaborate with cloud/data teams to enable hybrid integration solutions
- Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on TIBCO solutions (BusinessWorks, EMS, etc.)
- Proven expertise in integration design, middleware development, and messaging technologies
- Strong understanding of SOAP/REST web services, XML/XSD/JSON, and JMS
- Proficiency in Java and strong SQL skills
- Experience with SDLC best practices, version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially BigQuery
- Experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, or cloud automation
- Knowledge of data processing, analytics workflows, or ETL pipelines
