We are seeking skilled and passionate licensed therapists to join our esteemed team in a 100% remote capacity. As a Remote Therapist (Contractor), you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing for an optimal work-life balance. Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions via video, in-office, or safe in-home/community settings
- Accurately document session notes using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Focus on therapy, with administrative tasks managed by our office staff
Areas of Focus:
- Anxiety, depression, and stress management
- ADHD and behavioral issues
- Anger management and emotional distress
- Family dynamics and parenting challenges
- Trauma, abuse, and neglect
- Grief and bereavement
- Self-esteem and identity exploration
- Academic and career-related stress
- Coping with chronic illness or financial hardships
- Bullying, peer relationships, and adolescent challenges
Requirements:
- Active clinical license in Washington, D.C. (LICSW, LPC, Ph.D., or PsyD)
- At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations
- A compassionate and client-centered therapeutic approach
- A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline
