BILLING SPECIALIST needed in the Nashville, TN area (southeast of Downtown). MUST BE LOCAL TO THE AREA!
PAY RATE: $25/hr
Contract Length: 3-4 months
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in billing or a related field.
- Advanced/expert knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of the billing process.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of billing information.
- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for combined service and equipment fees.
- Work independently to review billing data, identifying any discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive billing information.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate billing data.
- Prioritize tasks and issues based on their level of importance to meet billing deadlines.
- Assist with the transition of retail inventory data from operational contracts to D365.
- Provide support and expertise in billing-related matters.
