The Senior Project Manager will lead a high-performing technical team, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
- Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members
- Manage workload and resource planning
- Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts
- Foster engagement, accountability, and strong team culture
- Lead business development efforts across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region
- Build and maintain client relationships, including Master Service Agreements where applicable
- Support proposals, fee development, and team financial performance
- Serve as a key representative of EEI to clients and partners
- Skills
- Experience leading and coaching technical professionals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated success managing team dynamics and client partnerships
- Senior-level technical/project management experience
- PE registration
- Relevant certifications (USGBC, AABC, NEBB, TABB, PMI, AEE, BCxA)
