Royal Caribbean International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Analyst to join their growing team. This remote, entry-level position focuses on supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations through data analysis and workflow optimization. Responsibilities β’ Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. β’ Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting activities. β’ Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery performance, and inventory turnover. β’ Support procurement and logistics teams with vendor analysis and transportation tracking. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Customer Service). β’ Help maintain and improve data accuracy across internal systems (ERP, inventory platforms). β’ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain processes. Skills β’ 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles (internships or co-ops welcome). β’ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. β’ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β’ Effective communication and collaboration skills. β’ Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
