Job Description
We are a fast-growing startup hiring a COO / Operator to become the right-hand brain of the CEO. This role is responsible for running day-to-day operations, managing team execution, and ensuring the company is scaling with structure.
This is not a VA role. This is not a task-based role. This is a leadership and performance role.
You will oversee two departments:
1. Content / Marketing Team
2. Sales Team (DM-based closings)
Your mission is to keep operations running smooth, make sure the team executes daily, and ensure KPIs and North Star metrics are consistently trending upward.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across content and sales
- Hold the Content Manager accountable to output, quality, and posting consistency
- Hold the Sales Manager accountable to closes, follow-ups, and sales performance
- Ensure marketing and social media output is translating into inbound inquiries
- Track KPIs daily and weekly across both departments
- Identify bottlenecks quickly and solve them
- Improve workflows, systems, and internal communication
- Create structure, SOPs, and accountability inside a fast-moving startup
- Provide clear updates and reporting directly to the CEO
