In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to customers regarding the Client's products, including application guidance and solutions. Responsibilities β€’ Investigate and triage customer support tickets related to Client's products β€’ Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) β€’ Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases β€’ Provide detailed information to development, integration, and reporting teams for technical issues or tasks β€’ Respond directly to customers with solutions, including creating knowledge base articles as needed β€’ Assist with quality assurance and testing activities β€’ Support implementation and consulting teams as required Skills β€’ At least 3 years relevant experience β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service β€’ Relevant industry experience (specifically insurance broking) Company Overview β€’ Intogreat Solutions provides business offshoring consultancy services.
