- Responsibilities
- Starring in, pitching, and filming content for the brand’s upcoming YouTube channel
- Attending weekly virtual meetings with the strategy team
- Ideating video concepts for execution
- Writing scripts for filming approval
- Skills
- Expert experience in short-form content creation
- Proven ability to create engaging, narrative content (a robust portfolio of sample work is essential)
- Excellent creative storytelling abilities, with an emphasis on narrative and kids-focused content
- Strong script writing skills for developing engaging content tailored to general audiences
- Ability to analyze YouTube performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach
- Collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A passion for toys, entertainment, and creating imaginative content that resonates with kids is a plus
