They are seeking a Senior Quant Researcher/PM to design, research, and monetize high-frequency and medium-frequency futures strategies with direct PnL attribution and institutional-grade infrastructure.
- Responsibilities
- Alpha research across HFT / MFT futures (seconds to intraday)
- Full ownership: signal → backtest → deployment → monetisation
- Working with elite researchers only
- Access to deep data, serious compute, and world-class execution
- Minimal bureaucracy, maximum accountability
- Skills
- 5+ years in HFT or systematic trading
- Proven, monetised alpha in futures or equities
- Experience at a Tier-1 trading firm or hedge fund
- Fluent Mandarin (required for daily collaboration)
- Evidence of strategies that actually made money
