They are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to validate complex workflows and ensure the quality and security of their PAM platform through comprehensive testing and collaboration with various teams. Responsibilities β€’ Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for PAM and platform-level KSM integrations β€’ Perform integration testing across cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory), and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) β€’ Validate PAM functionality across Windows, Linux, databases, and hybrid infrastructure environments β€’ Identify, document, and validate defects, collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive resolution β€’ Execute security-focused validation workflows to ensure expected access controls, policy enforcement, and audit behaviors β€’ Perform reliability, stress, and fault-tolerance testing for PAM services and workflows β€’ Analyze logs, errors, and system behavior to diagnose failures and identify root causes β€’ Contribute to automated test coverage in collaboration with engineering teams β€’ Recommend improvements to enhance product usability, resilience, and security β€’ Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures, results, and reproducible steps β€’ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in privileged access and secrets management Skills β€’ 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, including at least 2 years focused on security, PAM, or infrastructure-oriented products β€’ Strong understanding of PAM concepts, secrets management, and enterprise security practices β€’ Experience testing integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD systems β€’ Familiarity with IAM solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Active Directory β€’ Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems β€’ Ability to read and reason about code in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or .NET for validation purposes β€’ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, product, and security teams β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent practical experience β€’ Experience with cloud-native or serverless environments β€’ Familiarity with secure software development and data protection practices β€’ Experience with scripting languages or test automation frameworks β€’ Experience working in Agile development environments Benefits β€’ Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships) β€’ Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life β€’ Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance β€’ 401K (Roth/Traditional) β€’ A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc) β€’ Above market annual bonuses Company Overview β€’ Keeper Security is transforming cybersecurity for millions of individuals and thousands of organizations globally.
