They are seeking a Senior Patent Engineer to join their advanced IP division, responsible for translating complex engineering breakthroughs into patent-ready disclosures and drafting technical specifications. Responsibilities β’ Translate engineering and research innovations into detailed invention disclosures, diagrams, workflows, and draft claim frameworks β’ Collaborate with blockchain, cryptography, distributed systems, DePIN, VM, and Kernel teams to capture architectural and algorithmic innovations accurately β’ Draft technical sections of provisional applications prior to attorney refinement β’ Perform prior-art research to evaluate novelty, inventive step, and potential claim scope β’ Document primitives involving consensus, DAG scheduling, decentralized identity, encrypted execution, FHE/ZK, and high-throughput compute β’ Support refinement of system diagrams, sequence flows, and engineering specifications for filings β’ Assist in responding to office actions by providing technical explanations and evidence β’ Maintain detailed understanding of cutting-edge blockchain, cryptography, VM, DePIN, and distributed compute research β’ Contribute to internal whitepapers and engineering documentation supporting IP strategy Skills β’ 4β8 years experience as a patent engineer, systems engineer, cryptography engineer, or protocol engineer β’ Strong technical depth in blockchain systems (Cosmos SDK, EVM, DAGs, consensus algorithms) β’ Experience drafting patent disclosures or deep technical documentation β’ Ability to convert engineering ideas into clear, structured technical narratives β’ Familiarity with cryptography (PQC, FHE, ZKPs), distributed systems, compute frameworks, or VM internals β’ Prior work in patent drafting or IP support for emerging technology companies β’ Contributions to open-source blockchain or cryptography libraries β’ Advanced degree in CS, EE, Cryptography, Applied Math, or related fields Benefits β’ Equity in Launch Legends β’ Equity in Autheo β’ Token allocations in the Autheo blockchain Company Overview β’ Autheo is the first full-stack Layer 0 Operating System where every deployment evolves the network.
