Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and direction to external vendors, consultants, and colleagues to support business initiatives
- Leading data compromise and consolidation efforts, identifying gaps, and developing process improvements
- Serving as a business lead for system design and testing new capabilities
- Driving change management and process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and validation processes
- Inspecting projects, assessing controls, and reporting findings
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or a related field
- Experience with IT application development lifecycles and data analysis tools such as SAS, Python, and SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
