Key Responsibilities:

Develop and foster strong relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention

Track progress and results using our CRM system, with a focus on meeting and exceeding acquisition goals

Participate in daily conference and training calls to stay connected with the team and drive success

Requirements:

No prior sales experience is required; we're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others

High School Diploma and ability to pass a state license and fingerprints

Excellent relationship-building and management skills

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
