Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading service provider in the moving and relocation industry to recruit a dynamic Trade B2B Sales Consultant for a remote-based position. The role involves identifying new B2B business opportunities, building relationships with corporate decision-makers, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions and excellent service delivery. Responsibilities β’ Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities within the moving and relocation sector β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, RMCs, and corporate decision-makers β’ Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, including occasional travel to client sites β’ Represent the moving & relocation company at industry trade events and conferences β’ Assess client requirements and propose tailored moving & relocation solutions aligned with budget and timelines β’ Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close new commercial agreements β’ Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery for new and existing accounts β’ Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and moving client communication records in the CRM β’ Produce regular forecasts and reports on sales performance and revenue targets β’ Support targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate new moving & relocation leads β’ Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely follow-up to maximise conversion rates β’ Uphold best-in-class customer service standards, ensuring satisfaction across all moving client engagements Skills β’ Demonstrated B2B trade sales experience, ideally within moving, relocation, logistics, or related services β’ Strong client-facing abilities with a proven track record in developing long-term commercial relationships β’ Experience managing a remote sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets independently β’ Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and structured sales reporting β’ Highly organised, self-motivated, and effective in a remote working environment β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Company Overview β’ Alchemy GTS offers recruitment and talent acquisition for industries like logistics, shipping, and corporate housing.
