Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source potential candidates through various channels, and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews, administer skills assessments, and provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, manage the candidate experience, and keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
- Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage the entire recruitment process, and negotiate job offers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High-energy and passion for talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
