Excalibur Healthcare is seeking Diagnostic Radiologists interested in REMOTE supplemental evening coverage for a network of Illinois community hospitals. This is an ideal opportunity for radiologists looking to add a few hours per week or month with predictable, CT-heavy workflows with light Xray & ultrasound readings. Case Mix Predominantly CT Minimal MRI/Ultrasound Rare X-ray Low-interruption, community ER setting When You Can Read Evening coverage needs (starting ~7 PM CST) Weeknight and weekend options Participate as little as 4+ hours/month Additional flexible backlog reads (24-hour TAT) available Why This Works CT-focused = efficient, high-RVU reads No call or administrative burden Easy to layer into your existing schedule Consistent, manageable volume (non-urban ER environment) Structure 1099 Independent Contractor Pay-per-study model Ongoing opportunity Qualifications ABR BE/BC Diagnostic Radiology trained Comfortable with ED CT IIMLC eligible - Multiple States Nationwide This role is hosted by Portia Prescott , VP, Excalibur Healthcare .
