Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IT Associates is seeking a highly experienced End-to-End Retail QA Lead / QA Architect to drive quality strategy across a major Retail Transformation initiative. This role involves overseeing the QA strategy across multiple enterprise retail platforms and ensuring quality across integrated systems.
- Responsibilities
- Own the End-to-End QA Strategy
- Define and execute E2E test strategy across retail systems
- Establish QA governance across multiple software vendors
- Ensure full traceability from business processes to test coverage
- Drive integration, regression, UAT, data, and reconciliation testing
- Align multiple software vendors to a unified QA approach
- Validate API, batch, middleware, and event-driven integrations
- Lead cross-system defect triage and root cause analysis
- Provide executive-level quality reporting
- Skills
- 10+ years QA experience, 5+ years in Retail domain
- Proven experience as E2E QA Lead or QA Architect
- Strong understanding of retail architecture & system integration
- Ability to create high-level system diagrams & integration maps
- Experience testing APIs, microservices, and data integrations
- Strong knowledge of inventory, order orchestration, finance reconciliation
- Experience in large retail transformation programs
- Exposure to omnichannel retail environments
- Cloud-based retail ecosystems
- Experience with 2 of more of the following : STIBO,KIBO,D365,Aptean,RELEX,Adobe Ecommerce
