Responsibilities and Duties
Provide superior customer service in a contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence.
รย Handle questions and concerns with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
รย Communicate and provide accurate answers to resolve end-userรยs questions and concerns.
รย Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures.
รย Attend training as needed.
รย Listen to performance feedback and integrate suggestions into your daily tasks.

Education/Experience
รย High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service.
รย Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center.
รย Proficiency with technology, especially computers and software applications.
Requirements:
รยท Must be willing and able to pass the government clearance process, including background and credit checks
รยท Candidates will be required to submit fingerprints
