Position: Entry-Level IT Specialist
Location: Greensboro, NC
Terms: Short Term (2 week) Contract
Pay Rate: $17-18/hr
Job description:
รย Arrive onsite at appointed time
รย Site Lead Check-in with the onsite POC
รย Locate equipment and determine your work area (POC will let us know)
รย Taking inventory of equipment (new and old)
รย Capturing Serial #รยs
รย Unboxing new equipment and disposing of trash in designated areas
รย Assisting end users with login and setup of desktop environment
รย Outlook signatures
รย One Drive Sync
รย Browser favorites
รย M365 application functionality
รย Application verification
รย Verifying print options
รย Network and/or local (not everyone will have local)
รย Take directions from onsite lead or FTE (full time employee)
รย Reporting hours worked in real time
รย Check in when you arrive
รย Check out before you leave (lead will release)
รย Escalate any issue immediately to your site lead
Requirements:
รย High School Diploma or GED
รย Good communication and reading skills
รย Ability to follow instructions
