Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Front Row is a company that accelerates ecommerce growth for leading brands through data-driven strategies. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Director who will take ownership of Amazon media execution and strategy across multiple client accounts, while also contributing to broader media consulting efforts.

    Responsibilities
  • You take ownership of Amazon media execution and strategy across 5-6 client accounts, including Sponsored Ads, DSP and beyond
  • You design, plan, steer and optimize campaigns in line with performance goals and client business objectives
  • You serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic direction, clear insights, and actionable recommendations
  • You act as a thought leader who expands strategies to include retail media platforms like Walmart, Target, Ulta, or Sephora, creating full-funnel solutions that drive measurable results
  • You collaborate closely with international teams, especially our European office in Hamburg, to align execution and share best practices
  • You support the onboarding of new clients, setting clear expectations and building robust advertising set-ups from day one
  • You continuously improve internal tools, reports, and workflows to elevate campaign quality and scalability
  • You actively contribute to the development of our consulting and service offerings, keeping an eye on innovation, automation, and market trends
  • You participate in RFPs and business reviews, showcasing thought leadership and value creation across our client base
    Skills
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Amazon (Advertising Console, Sponsored Ads, ideally (A)DSP or previously AMG)
  • Strong grasp of campaign setup, targeting logic, and platform mechanics across the Amazon ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills and technical understanding – Excel proficiency (including PivotTables) is a must
  • Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and translate them into clear actions and client communication
  • Natural client communicator with a knack for simplifying complex topics
  • Comfortable taking initiative and managing your own workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience collaborating in an international organization or agency
  • Experience with broader ecommerce topics (e.g. Amazon SEO, retail readiness)
