Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infinite Tek Inc. is seeking a P&C Insurance Java AWS developer with extensive experience in software engineering. The role involves developing solutions in Guidewire CLAIMS SaaS and requires strong collaboration and communication skills within a globally distributed team. Responsibilities • Proficiency in software engineering languages and tools, including Java, Spring Boot, AWS and RESTful services, spanning horizontal and vertical packages • Experience developing solutions in Guidewire CLAIMS SaaS, ideally participating in migrations to SaaS • Must have Guidewire CLAIMS system analyst/development support certification • A history of translating business requirements into technical designs • Agile engineering capabilities and a design-thinking mindset • Collaboration, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage time and prioritize work with a globally distributed development team • Well-developed oral and written communication skills for explaining your decision-making process to non-engineers • Leveraging AI/ML tools into software development, including integration, monitoring, and optimization Skills • A minimum 10+ years of software engineering development experience • Proficiency in software engineering languages and tools, including Java, Spring Boot, AWS and RESTful services, spanning horizontal and vertical packages • Experience developing solutions in Guidewire CLAIMS SaaS, ideally participating in migrations to SaaS • Must have Guidewire CLAIMS system analyst/development support certification • A history of translating business requirements into technical designs • Agile engineering capabilities and a design-thinking mindset • Collaboration, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage time and prioritize work with a globally distributed development team • Well-developed oral and written communication skills for explaining your decision-making process to non-engineers • Leveraging AI/ML tools into software development, including integration, monitoring, and optimization Company Overview • Infinite Tek Inc.
