The role requires 3–7 years of patent litigation experience and involves working effectively with clients and teammates.

3–7 years of patent litigation experience (required)
Technical background strongly preferred: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence
Strong academic credentials and writing skills
Sound judgment, organization, and the ability to work effectively with clients and teammates
Active bar license in your state of residence (or willingness to obtain promptly)
