Key Responsibilities
Ā Conduct part-time therapy sessions (8-24 hours weekly) focused primarily on client interaction (85%).
Ā Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Ā Leverage technology to provide data-driven care and modify therapeutic approaches based on client progress.
Ā Collaborate with other mental health professionals and facilitate referrals as necessary.
Required Skills
Ā Proficient in delivering evidence-based psychotherapies and teletherapy.
Ā Strong aptitude for integrating technology into practice for enhanced client care.
Ā Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with fellow mental health providers.
Qualifications
Ā Must hold a valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Ā Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adult populations (18+).
Ā Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and accurate documentation practices.
Ā Commitment to professional ethics, policies, and procedures.
