Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate and timely financial statement preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with our team of accounting professionals to achieve company goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on multiclient bookkeeping
- 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Accounting degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
