ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator/Marketing Operations Analyst for a remote position, requiring local presence in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and supporting financial tracking while ensuring effective communication across teams. Responsibilities β’ Coordinate day-to-day execution across BCC, TDC, SSE, EMOD, and Push, ensuring tasks remain on schedule β’ Partner with Campaign Operations and Product/Tech on campaign intake, creative reviews, and QA steps β’ Maintain campaign trackers, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency and smooth handoffs β’ Support cross-functional communication loops and resolve basic operational questions β’ Participate in process improvement discussions and document pilot learnings for future optimization β’ Provide logistical and documentation support for the BCC 2027 planning and kickoff workstreams β’ Schedule and coordinate meetings, capture notes and decisions, and manage shared documentation β’ Maintain readiness trackers and summarize progress updates for leadership review β’ Support the development of internal collateral, templates, and summary materials that enable alignment across teams β’ Support day-to-day Inmar financial workflows, including tracking, reconciliation prep, and QA β’ Maintain organized billing documentation and coordinate with Finance and Commercial teams on updates β’ Surface potential discrepancies early and ensure visibility into key metrics β’ Partner with Sales Consultant to compile data, creative examples, and results for case studies β’ Draft basic success summaries or visual proof points for leadership or client-facing use β’ Track campaign volumes, timelines, and delivery metrics β’ Conduct quick debriefs on key campaigns and document lessons learned β’ Update reference materials, trackers, and shared documentation for future continuity β’ Misc. operations tasks (inbox tracking, etc.) Skills β’ 4β6 years of experience in campaign execution, project coordination, or marketing operations β’ Strong project management and organization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent timelines β’ Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities β’ Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy and process discipline β’ Working knowledge of Microsoft and campaign tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PPT, Power BI, or similar tools) β’ Ability to quickly learn new processes and operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment β’ Retail or media experience preferred β’ Experience managing or supporting financial tracking and reporting processes preferred Company Overview β’ Since 2007, Active Soft, Inc.
