Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tailored Management is a company seeking a Marketing Communications Advisor to manage business partners and drive marketing campaigns. The role involves effective communication, client relationship management, and overseeing marketing projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities β€’ Exercise effective communication skills to manage business partners/clients and teams, develop compelling presentations and sell work β€’ Drive flawless execution of marketing campaigns with partners across *** Corporation β€’ Act as a marketing and key category and segment expert about business/segment and brand performance and keep agency team informed, focused and motivated about business β€’ Serve as day to day contact for clients and business partners, taking and maintaining ownership for how the account operates on a daily basis and ensuring Account Director has line of sight to all work in areas where not directly involved β€’ Responsible for reoccurring status meetings with clients, including driving the status meetings and providing up to date status reports β€’ Develop and deliver effective, inspiring internal briefs to cross-disciplinary marketing teams, ensuring plans are tied to business objectives and leverage the brand promise β€’ Champion stellar creative work throughout the business/segment approval process β€’ Forge strong client relationships with Creative, Production, Studio, Integrated Production and other agency departments and partner companies. β€’ Develop and recommend ways to streamline communications; at the client level and internally within our team β€’ Evaluate the input and ideas relative to strategy and business/segment preference β€’ Facilitate business/segment presentations and internal briefings β€’ Manage budget estimates and actual vs. proposed budget; compile billing and income forecasts and reports. Contribute to monthly and quarterly retainer reports β€’ Proactively troubleshoot and adjust plans as needed β€’ Commit to and exemplify our agency values (Intrinsically Motivated + Resourceful, Amazing + Awesome, Inspired + Enlightened, Passionate + Curious, Smart + Constructively Dissatisfied, Disciplined + Resilient) Skills β€’ 3-4+ years Advertising agency experience specifically in account management β€’ 8+ years total experience including 1-2 years managing at least one person β€’ Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed and fast-paced, deadline driven environment often with competing priorities β€’ Organized and skilled in project and people management. Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ Proven success record managing client expectations including but not limited to deadlines and project costs β€’ Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships across clients and the internal creative team β€’ Adept or expert in a variety of our core agency capabilities and marketing in general β€’ Driven, compassionate and curious β€” An excellent communicator with a positive attitude and stellar listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills β€’ Strong interpersonal skills β€’ Fast, creative thinker/problem solver β€’ Team player β€’ Highly motivated β€’ Attention to detail β€’ Bachelor's degree is required Company Overview β€’ Tailored Management is a staffing and recruiting company that offers information technology staffing and recruitment services.
