Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rubix Agency is a strategic growth consultancy focused on helping high-growth DTC brands scale profitably. They are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and build AI-powered workflows that enhance marketing operations and decision-making, working closely with the founder and performance team. Responsibilities β’ Build and maintain automation workflows using low/no-code tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) β’ Connect marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Looker, Google Sheets) to centralize data and trigger actions β’ Design dashboards, alerts, and monitoring systems for campaign performance and KPIs β’ Use AI tools to assist with summarizing performance, generating insights, and drafting internal outputs β’ Partner with media buyers and strategists to shorten feedback loops and improve speed of execution β’ Identify operational bottlenecks and propose automation-driven solutions β’ Stay current on automation and AI tools and bring new ideas proactively Skills β’ 3+ years experience in marketing operations, automation, or systems-focused roles β’ Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) β’ Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar tools β’ Familiarity with performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Looker) β’ Basic understanding of APIs and data structures (Python knowledge is a plus, not required) β’ Strong written and verbal English communication skills Company Overview β’ Rubix Agency specializes in podcasting, analytics, PPC advertising, email, influencer, social media, and affiliate marketing services.
