They are seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to provide hands-on support and maintenance of the Agilix Buzz learning management system, ensuring seamless functionality, user access, and data accuracy while collaborating with various teams to support organizational goals. Responsibilities β’ Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships β’ Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude β’ Administer and improve system solutions for our learning management system, Agilix Buzz β’ Regularly perform routine system administrator functions, including maintenance/updates, system backups, security, roles, profiles, domain permissions, and customizations β’ Act as a thought partner for integrations with student information systems (SIS), content providers, and other third-party tools β’ Create and distribute analytics, reports, and dashboards for user departments β’ Collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and academic leaders to align system setup with instructional goals β’ Configure templates, courses, gradebooks, categories, weighting, and work settings as needed β’ Identify system problems, develop fixes, ensure complete quality assurance testing, and implement solutions β’ Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner, providing hands-on support to staff and ensuring minimal disruption to instruction and operations β’ Serve as product liaison with other vendors and ensure continued systems operations through partner update lifecycles β’ Collect and prioritize user feedback, address questions, document enhancement requests, and collaborate internally and externally to plan and implement system improvements aligned with organizational goals β’ Document and train staff on system best practices and processes β’ Recommend enhancements and configurations as the staff expert, and stay current on Agilix Buzz updates, features, and best practices; and β’ All other duties as assigned Skills β’ Bachelor's degree in IT, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience β’ Minimum of two (2) years of experience administering Agilix Buzz Learning Management System; experience administering similar learning management systems may be considered in lieu of Agilix Buzz β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users β’ Working knowledge of what constitutes personally identifiable information (PII) and how to prevent incidental or unauthorized disclosure β’ Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet β’ Ability to pass required background checks β’ Strong experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Asana Benefits β’ Medical, dental, and vision employee coverage for as little as $1 each per month β’ Personal paid time off in addition to major holidays β’ Short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and AD&D insurance are all 100% paid by the employer β’ 401(k) with employer contributing a dollar-for-dollar match of employee contributions up to 5% of employee earnings β’ 401(k) β’ 401(k) matching β’ Dental insurance β’ Health insurance β’ Health savings account β’ Life insurance β’ Paid time off β’ Referral program β’ Retirement plan β’ Vision insurance Company Overview β’ Learning Network este o companie ce sustine invatarea si dezvoltarea personala ca instrumete esentiale de business.
