The role involves providing real-time interpretation between English and Cantonese across various sectors while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Responsibilities
- Provide real-time interpretation via phone or video between English and another language
- Ensure accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers
- Handle calls across various sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Law Enforcement, and more
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions
- Skills
- Bilingual proficiency (English at B2 CEFR level or higher + Cantonese)
- Strong listening, note-taking, and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, objective, and neutral during conversations
- High attention to detail and ability to follow client instructions
- Must be able to work from home permanently
