Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GD Resources is seeking an HR Manager with Corporate Financial Industry experience for a contracted role. The position involves managing corporate citizenship initiatives, donations, and employee programs, while ensuring compliance and effective budget management. Responsibilities β€’ Manage donations and payment processes for Client and Corporate Citizenship β€’ Manage financial tracker β€’ Create and manage data and impact dashboards β€’ Track and reconcile Client and Corporate Citizenship budgets β€’ Work with Controllership and Tax to prepare the Client 990 filing β€’ Manage Employee Matching Gift program β€’ Review and process all matching gift requests monthly and as needed β€’ Serve as liaison with matching gifts vendor β€’ Serve as primary matching gifts contact for employees and executives β€’ Manage Children of Employees Scholarship Program β€’ Oversee Client annual employee giving campaign β€’ Manage relationships with grants management, matching gifts, scholarship and other vendors; act as main liaison with Supplier Management Team β€’ Assist with volunteer and grant programs, as needed Skills β€’ Minimum of 3-5 years of Corporate Citizenship, Philanthropy or Corporate Social Responsibility β€’ Three or more years of progressively responsible experience with a professional corporate citizenship focus β€’ A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, CSR, or related field β€’ Excellent planning skills β€’ Project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage annual work plans and budgets, and coordinate with internal and external clients β€’ Proficiency in Word, including creating and formatting documents β€’ Proficiency in Excel, including ability to manage data in spreadsheets, use functions, create charts and graphs, and perform analysis with tools like pivot tables β€’ Proficiency in PowerPoint: Skill in creating presentations, including designing slides, adding visuals, and telling a story through visuals β€’ Solid written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational abilities β€’ Understanding of Corporate Citizenship / Corporate Social Responsibility / Social Impact work and related corporate programming β€’ Corporate Citizenship responsibility for a Fortune 250, financial services experience preferred Company Overview β€’ GD Resources is a forward-thinking, Women Veteran-Owned firm specializing in Business Management, Information Technology, Professional and Staffing Services.
