Job Description
- Caring Angels Home Care seeks a high-energy, competitive Remote Healthcare Recruiter with excellent phone experience to recruit allied health care accounts for our West Coast division. This position is 100% commission based and you will receive payment for every new account obtained. This job does NOT offer a base salary or hourly pay, but we do offer generous productivity Incentives on top of the standard commission earned.
- Flexible daytime hours Monday through Friday
- Ability to work remotely from 11:00am-7:00pm and after regular work hours
- A thorough skill-building training program
- Requirements:
- Excellent multi-tasking, self-management and verbal communication skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to stay on task and minimize distractions at home
- Highly organized with solid computer skills including Web, Word and Outlook proficiency is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
