Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer concerns and provide support via phone and computer systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong computer navigational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented approach
