As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to our members, employers, and internal stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure seamless enrollment processes, accurate data entry, and timely responses to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of enrollment, group information, and research to respond to member, employer, and eligibility inquiries
- Provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate data entry and effective communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
