Integer Executive Search Ltd is a US-based boutique investment manager seeking to onboard a Portfolio Manager and their team with a strong track record in EM debt or EM credit. The role involves managing an EM debt/credit fund to deliver superior returns, with responsibilities including portfolio management, credit analysis, investment idea generation, and client meetings.
- Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management of EM debt (hard or local currency) or EM Credit fund
- Sovereign / Corporate credit analysis
- Investment idea generation
- Securities selection and portfolio construction
- Client meetings with both existing and prospector investors
- Contribute to the continuous development of the team’s investment process
- Skills
- Min of 10 years of proven experience in the investment industry as an EM Debt or EM Credit portfolio manager
- Minimum $25m in transferable assets alongside a continuous (marketable) track record of at least 5 years with attractive excess of benchmark and peer returns. Vehicle agnostic (UCITS, private fund, SMAs, etc.)
- A strong knowledge of Global emerging markets equities
- A strong understanding of macroeconomic dynamics and how they influence EM Debt / Credit markets
- A proven and positive track record in generating alpha using a disciplined investment process
- The ability to model and analyse companies using a qualitative and quantitative approach is essential
- The ability to communicate in a clear, simple and consistent way with other team members is essential
- Lead PM should have a commercial mindset who is keen to support existing clients and help grow the asset base
