The role of Divisional Accounts Receivable Specialist involves managing the daily Accounts Receivable process, generating reports, and collaborating with teams to resolve outstanding items. Responsibilities Generates and send monthly accounts receivable reports Handles requests for information on account corrections, premium finance and/or transfers Conducts special research, analysis, and reconciliation projects as assigned Follows up on accounting problems that arise within the scope of the position Analyzes data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed Provides assistance across teams in resolution of outstanding receivables Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience One (1) or more years of accounts receivable or administrative experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize workload Basic knowledge of accounting terms Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork Proficient in Microsoft Office products Company Overview Alliant Insurance Services is a distributor of diversified insurance products and services.
